Najma Noushad

Najma Noushad is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic foundation and a passion for legal research and advocacy. She holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) with dual specialization in Criminal Law and Constitutional Law from the Central University of Kerala, and a BBA LL.B. from Mar Gregorios College of Law, Trivandrum, affiliated with Kerala University.

Najma’s professional interests span criminal jurisprudence, constitutional governance, and human rights. Her research on “Analyzing the Compatibility of Autonomous Weapon Systems (AWS) with International Humanitarian Law Principles” was published in the JSS Journal for Legal Studies and Research (ISSN 2321-4171, Special Issue 2025).

An active academic contributor, Najma has presented papers at several national and international seminars on emerging legal issues, including new criminal laws, digital equity, and gender justice in corporate sectors.

Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Kerala (Enrolment No. K/003392/2023), she combines research excellence with practical insight, bringing analytical precision, effective communication, and a strong sense of professional ethics to her role at Attorney Tree Partners LLP.
